New Hampshire: Economic Growth, Resource Protection, and Planning Policy Statutes

This law provides that a coordinated and comprehensive planning effort by state agencies on future development in New Hampshire is needed. The planning policy is expected to not only improve the economy, but also encourage smart growth by locating development in appropriate growth areas with the intent of retaining as much open space land as possible for the long-term.
