Abstract:
Provides funding for conservation of small farm properties, construction or repair of agriculture processing facilities, marketing locally grown dairy products. The bill also removes barriers to selling locally grown products at one-day farmers' markets and processing locally grown products into acidified foods. HB 5419 adopts Federal standards for small scale poultry processing.
